Geo Solution Resources or in short GSR was established in the year 1994 and is an independent geological contracting and consulting company in Malaysia with its business nature specializing in the provision of high-quality exploration geologists to the minerals industry, engineering geology, geotechnical engineering, and providing all aspects of geological support from complete project management and consultative services to the provision of contract geological labor.

Geo Solutions Resources is led by p.geol Tn.Hj. Ahmad Nizam who is is one of the well-known veterans in the field of geological research and engineering service provider.
Tn.Hj. Nizam acquired his BSc. Degree in geology from Universiti Malaya (UM) in 1990.
Presently, He is the current President of Persatuan Geologi Malaysia (G.S.M) and holds the position of Treasurer in Institut Geologi Malaysia (I.G.M)
where he was also bestowed the honor as Fellows of the Institute of Geology Malaysia (F.I.G.M) and Fellow of Geological Society of London. He is an esteemed member of Ahli Majlis Industri (A.G.E) Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) and is a Council Member of the International Association of Engineering Geology (I.A.E.G) based in the United States (US) and member of EUROPEAN GEOSCIENTIST UNION (E.G.U) based in Vienna, Austria.
