Dato Aziman Gasdih

Chairman

Dato Aziman holds the position of Managing Director in Prestige International Consultant and he is responsible for the overall operation of the Company such as procurement and purchasing, safety and quality control standard, regulatory compliance adherence, contract agreement negotiation, and building a network of strategic partnership.

Presently, Prestige International Consultant Sdn. Bhd. is engaged by few public listed conglomerates such as Petronas, Petra Energy, Dayang Enterprise, and Dialog Group Berhad to name a few. With his strong foundation in oil and gas and vast experience in industrial services, he was appointed as the Chairman for PASB to guide the Company’s overall direction in exploration and mining.

Mr.Tan Tai Bian

Managing Director

Mr.Tan Tai Bian a qualified Chartered Accountant by profession and as well as one of the practitioners is known for his strong business acumen. He has vast experience for more than 20 years in the spectrum of accountancy-related activities such as financial reporting, taxation, auditing, corporate finance, business recovery to name a few.

Currently, he is the major shareholder for PCI Papers Sdn. Bhd. and has been maneuvering PCI Papers Sdn. Bhd.’s finance to greater heights for the past 17 years. With his interest in mining and industrial services, he is now taking one step further by embarking on the exploration and mining industry in Malaysia. He is currently the Managing Director for PASB.

Mr.Fong wah

Chief Executive officer

Prior to joining PASB, Mr.Fong Wah is an adaptable and highly dedicated personnel who has accumulated 40 years of experience in the corporate fields, particularly in senior management roles.

Under his leadership skills and his ability to deal with complex macro issues, he has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of PASB to ensure the interest of good corporate governance. Currently, he also serves as the Managing Director in PCI Papers Sdn. Bhd.

Mr.Jimmy Lim Kay Kee

Head of Business Development

Mr.Jimmy Lim has a solid foundation and experience of over 35 years in the paper trading industry and he has demonstrated a solid track record by having his paper trade business spread across South East Asia.

Presently, he is the Regional Sales Director for PCI Papers Sdn. Bhd. managing sales teams covering West and East Malaysia. He serves as the Head of Business development for PASB.

Mr.Kenny Fong Han Jian

General Manager

Mr.Kenny Fong has successfully expanded the PCI Papers Sdn. Bhd’s cut-sized paper sales and market shares through his strategic sales initiatives and has handled a few successful creative directions of marketing campaigns under his meticulous business planning and effective digital marketing strategies. Presently, he is the PASB’s General Manager.
